PURPOSE
Feeling uncertain about what you want to pursue in the future? The journey required to answer this question seeks actions, experimentation, and exploration. RFC's creative team allows you to dive into this process and build experience, with low commitment and little to no risks. Additionally, at RFC you will find yourself surrounded by a welcoming and supportive community, who will be there to guide you every step of the way!
IMPACT
Want to change the world for the better? It goes without saying that one can not single handedly change the world, however as a team we can get close to that goal. Through RFC's creative team, executive team, and general volunteers, you can play a part in raising awareness about how climate change is impacting our society and advocate for a sustainable future. During your time at RFC, you will also realize that advocacy can show up in many forms and the various ways you can incorporate sustainability into your professional and personal life.
DEVELOPEMENT
Tired of seeing your inbox filled with rejection letters? Primarily many companies look for applicants who already have some experience in their area of interest. RFC allow you to advance your technical, creative, and leadership skills. And, through your time at RFC you will learn one of the most valuable skills required in a professional setting: collaboration. No matter what project we set out to do, we always work as a team, by bouncing ideas off one another, helping resolve conflicts, and much more!
