MISSION STATEMENT
We aim to rewire the relationship our community has with their natural environment by promoting sustainable habits and a renewed appreciation for Earth. Our operations aim to raise awareness about the notion that participation in stewardship can be achieved by combining climate action with sectors(art, science and innovation) that govern individual happiness and fulfillment.

Root For Change empowers youth to reconnect with nature by making climate action engaging and accessible through our three pillars: Art, Science, and Innovation. We inspire sustainable habits, raise environmental awareness, and create opportunities for communities to make a lasting impact.

ART
Art(whether that be musics, drawing, designing, etc.) is all around us and, for many, it sources the passion in our lives. Understanding and coming up with new solutions for climate change requires a creative perspective. Hence, RFC operations all include artistic values, in one way or the other. A few example of this sector includes: creative campaigns, educational media, community expression.
SCIENCE
Even a simple question such as "why are leaves green" can pave the way for a deeper understanding of nature and lead to a world of research opportunities! Research is vital to us as it helps us understand and explain our world. At RFC, we empower curiosity and research. A few examples of this sectors includes: research team, newsletter, and climate education.

INNOVATION
Our youth are set out to be the next line of innovators (in the fields of business, engineering, nursing, fashion, etc.) that shape our future. At RFC we not only help foster an innovative mind but also stress the border impact these innovations will on our society and nature. A few example of this sector includes: hands on events, sustainable solutions challenge, and community engagement.

Climate change is a prevalent issue that has grown to negatively impact individuals and communities all around the world. Hence, RFC aims to bring together youth from all corners of the world to work towards a shared mission. Below is a list that constitutes of all the different countries that RFC team members are from:
